Outdoor Shower and Sauna Project in Green Hill Beach, Rhode Island
A custom coastal improvement project combining a cedar outdoor shower, exterior trim upgrades and interior sauna framing.
This residential project in Green Hill Beach, Wakefield, Rhode Island, combined several custom improvements designed to enhance the home’s coastal setting and everyday functionality. William & Lawrence constructed a cedar-framed outdoor shower with a durable paver floor, privacy walls and custom copper plumbing, integrating the enclosure alongside the existing deck and stone exterior.
The project also included the installation of AZEK soffit and fascia on portions of the home, along with framing for the walls and benches of a dedicated sauna space. Careful planning was required to coordinate the shower layout, structural posts, drainage area, exterior finishes and interior sauna framing within the existing conditions of the property.
